Isaac grew up in Tasmania and has since relocated to Melbourne in 2012 to study Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University. In his third year he completed a placement with TrewExphys under the guidance of Adam.

His passion for ongoing personal development led him to then completing his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology where he completed placements in both the public and private sectors across Melbourne and back home in Tasmania.

Isaac qualified as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in 2017 and since then has begun to work with TrewExphys as the principal Exercise Physiologist.

His diverse range of experiences has lead him to developing a strong sense for just how important exercise is for our mental health and wellbeing. This has lead him to officially launching his Resilience Program which specifically designed to improve mental health and developing high performance teams within the workplace.
